A: You qualify for the Quarterly Draw by registering your 10-digit PIN number.
You qualify for the Personal Registration Draw by answering 4 questions once you have submitted your pin number. You only have to submit your pin number once.
Q: What steps do I need to take in order to qualify for the Quarterly Draw?
A: You need to
Step 1: Scratch off the silver panel on the Quarterly Draw stub to reveal your 10-digit pin number.
Step 2: Send an SMS to 3636. You will receive a confirmation SMS. If you do not receive a confirmation SMS, this means your message was not sent. Just send it again.
Q: When is the cut off date for this Quarterly draw?
Q: Will I still qualify for the Quarterly Draw if I send my SMS on March 30, 2008?
A: You won't qualify for this Quarter if you submit your SMS 48 hours before the closing date. However, you will automatically be registered for the next Quarterly Draw.
Q: When will the next Quarterly Draw begin?
Q: I sent an SMS and did not receive a confirmation SMS, how do I know that it has been sent?
A: If you have not received a confirmation SMS then most likely it was not sent and this can happen due to network problems. Try resending the message again.

A: The Grand Draw ticket is FREE. No purchase is necessary. You will receive your FREE ticket with qualifying purchases as a gift from any outlet of Hallmark, The Toy Store, Sharaf DG or 24 Seven when you spend the required amount or more.
Q: How much do I need to spend to in order to receive my FREE ticket?
A: You will receive your FREE ticket at:
- Hallmark outlets for every spend of DHS 25 or more
- Sharaf DG outlets for every spend of DHS 200 or more
- The Toy Store outlets for every spend of DHS 100 or more
- 24 Seven outlets if for every of DHS 15 or more
Q: What happens if I accidentally scratch off the black box on one of the stubs that says, ″Do not scratch here″?
A: You are disqualified from the quarterly draw, since your ticket is now invalid.

A: No you don’t. All you need to do is take your Instant Prize stub to the nearest Hallmark, The Toy Store for redemption as specified on your scratched box.

Q: At one of the participating outlets, I tried to claim my instant prize only to be told that they were out of stock. How do I claim my instant prize?
A: If the retailer is out of stock then they have the right to determine an alternative prize of the same value in accordance to the terms and conditions.
Q: Can I claim the cash value (or the difference) of the prize instead of the product?
A: No; instant prizes can only be redeemed against goods and cannot be exchanged for cash in accordance to the terms and conditions.
